Airsoft Performance
Last updated: 15 September 2026
The short version. Everything the app records stays on your iPhone and Apple Watch, and in Apple Health if you grant permission. There is no account and no server. We cannot see your data, and nothing is ever sold or shared.
Airsoft Performance stores the following on your device:
All of the above is written to a database inside the app on your device.
If you grant permission, completed ops are also saved to Apple Health as workouts, including heart rate, calories, distance and steps. Data in Apple Health is controlled by you and governed by Apple's own privacy protections. You can revoke the app's access at any time in the Health app under Sharing, or in Settings › Privacy & Security › Health.
The app uses Apple MapKit to display satellite imagery behind your movement map. When a map is displayed, Apple may receive the map coordinates being shown in order to serve those tiles. This is handled by Apple and covered by Apple's privacy policy. No identifying information about you is attached by this app. Apart from map imagery, the app makes no network requests.
| Permission | Why |
|---|---|
| Health (read) | Heart rate, steps, distance and energy during an op |
| Health (write) | Saving a completed op as a workout |
| Motion & Fitness | Step counting and movement phase detection |
| Location (when in use) | Mapping your route during outdoor ops |
Every permission is optional. If you decline one, the rest of the app keeps working with reduced data.
Deleting the app removes everything it has stored on your device. Workouts already written to Apple Health are managed separately and can be deleted from within the Health app.
Airsoft Performance is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a revised date at the top.
